Any amount deducted with no use and compliant within 3 days of deduction will be refunded within 7 business days if any issue.

Non-Refundable Items
Please note that the following may not be eligible for refunds:
- Services that have been used or accessed
- Refund requests submitted after 3 days of the deduction date
- Amounts deducted for services that have been consumed
Exceptions for Partial Refunds
In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued at the discretion of Qomputing. These exceptions include:
- Partial usage of a service where only a portion of the purchased service has been utilized
- Technical issues or service disruptions that prevent full access to purchased services
- Subscription-based services where cancellation occurs mid-billing cycle
- Special circumstances evaluated on a case-by-case basis
Note: Partial refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of the deduction date, and if approved, will be processed within 7 business days. The refund amount will be calculated based on the unused portion of the service and any applicable fees.
